- USSF Entry Level Course is for anyone never certified
- Anyone who has not re-certified in over 3 years
- THIS IS NOT A RECERT Clinic
- DO NOT SIGN UP if you are a Returning Referee
The following items are mandatory by each attendee:
1. Attend both days no exceptions or excuses
2. Pay $85 fees by check or money order (NO CASH)
Check Payable to HSRA, ($35 class fee is non refundable)
3. Watch the USSF Videos in advance of class

**No food/lunch provided. Lunch hour announced in class
PRIORITY SEATING WILL BE ENFORCED
1) Adults- New & AYSO Crossovers
2) Young Adults-18-24 (College Students)
3) Teens age 14-17
4) Youth age 12-13 (limited number allowed in class)
OTHER IMPORTANT INFO
- Limited seating for children age 12 & 13
- Children age 12 & 13 may be removed from roster due to priority seating
- All candidates MUST attend the entire two sessions
- If you register & cannot attend notify us immediately
- Children under 12 years of age will not be allowed in class
- There will be no waiting lists maintained
- DO NOT SIGN UP more than once or your entries will be deleted
- We will make every effort to accommodate everyone who registers
