The following items are mandatory by each attendee:

1. Attend both days no exceptions or excuses
2. Pay $85 fees by check or money order (NO CASH)

1) Adults- New & AYSO Crossovers
2) Young Adults-18-24 (College Students)
3) Teens age 14-17
4) Youth age 12-13 (limited number allowed in class)

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO

• Limited seating for children age 12 & 13
• Children age 12 & 13 may be removed from roster due to priority seating
• All candidates MUST attend the entire two sessions
• If you register & cannot attend notify us immediately
• Children under 12 years of age will not be allowed in class
• There will be no waiting lists maintained
• DO NOT SIGN UP more than once or your entries will be deleted
• We will make every effort to accommodate everyone who registers

This class is for all USSF GRADE Levels: 5,6,7,8

(NEW referees from August 2011 Class are not required to attend)

If you do not complete all three (3) requirements by December 31st you will not be on the certified list that is sent to assignors and cannot referee in 2012.
